1. Product Description

   Calcium chloride, a salt consisting of chlorine and calcium, is generally colorless cubic crystal, white or gray white, granular, honeycomb, massive, spherical, irregular granular, powder. It is slightly toxic, odorless and slightly bitter. It is a typical ionic halide and is a white solid at room temperature. It has strong hygroscopicity and is easy to deliquescence when exposed to the air. It is easy to dissolve in water and release a lot of heat. Its aqueous solution is slightly alkaline. Soluble in alcohol and acetic acid.

  Usage 1: Used as a refrigerant, as well as in food processing, pharmaceuticals, etc

  Extremely hygroscopic and prone to deliquescence when exposed to air.
  Solubility: It is easily soluble in water and emits a large amount of heat, resulting in a slightly alkaline aqueous solution. Soluble in alcohol, and acetic acid. React with ammonia or ethanol to generate CaCl28NH3 and CaCl24C2H5OH complexes, respectively. The solution crystallizes at low temperature and precipitates hexahydrate. When it is heated to 30 ℃, it is dissolved in its own crystal water. When it is heated continuously, it gradually loses water. When it is heated to 200 ℃, it becomes dihydrate. When it is heated to 260 ℃, it becomes white porous anhydrous calcium chloride.
