A powder detergent manufacturer was looking for STPP for regular production. The customer had several requirements that needed to be confirmed before placing the order.

The customer requested a sample before the first bulk order. After testing the material in its detergent formulation, the customer confirmed that the product was suitable for production.
The final order was packed in 25kg bags for easier warehouse handling and transportation.
The case was not about finding the cheapest STPP. It was about finding a specification that could be supplied consistently and fit the customer's existing production process.
