Adding it to the electroplating solution can increase the conductivity. It is also a catalyst for the color of food sauce, a nitrogen source for cultivating yeast in the production of fresh yeast, a dyeing assistant for acid dyes, and a deashing agent for leather. In addition, it is also used in beer brewing, the production of chemical reagents and batteries, etc. Another important function is the mining of rare earths. Ammonium sulfate is used as the raw material for mining. The rare earth elements in the ore soil are exchanged through ion exchange.
