3. Production Information
Method 1 Natural magnesium carbonate (magnesite) is obtained by adding sulfuric acid, removing carbon dioxide, recrystallizing, dissolving MgSO4 · H2O in hot water and recrystallizing, which is made from sea water.
Method 2 (seawater salt bittern method) After evaporation by mixing brine, high temperature salt is produced, which is composed of MgSO4 > 30%, NaCI < 35%, MgCl2 about 7%, KCl about 0.5%. Bittern can be dissolved in 200 g / L MgCl2 solution at 48 ℃, less in NaCl and more in MgSO4. After separation, MgSO4 · 7H2O was precipitated after the soaking solution was cooled to 10 ℃, and the product was obtained by secondary recrystallization.
Method 3 (sulfuric acid method) In the neutralization tank, the magnesite is slowly added into water and mother liquor, and then neutralized with sulfuric acid until the color changes from earth color to red. The pH value is controlled to be 5, and the relative density is 1.37-1.38 (39-40 ° B é). Filter the neutralizing solution at 80 ℃, adjust the pH value to 4 with sulfuric acid, add appropriate amount of seed, and cool to 30 ℃. After separation, the product is dried at 50 ~ 55 ℃, and the mother liquor is returned to the neutralization tank. Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate can also be prepared by neutralization reaction of low concentration sulfuric acid with bitter earth containing 65% magnesium oxide, filtration, precipitation, concentration, crystallization, centrifugal separation and drying.

It can also improve the yield increase effect of compound fertilizers, further increasing crop yield, and the benefits are very obvious.
As an agricultural fertilizer, magnesium sulfate monohydrate is a dual nutrient quality fertilizer. Both sulfur and magnesium are trace elements in crops and are the fifth and sixth largest nutrient elements in crops. Not only can it increase crop yield, but it can also improve the taste of the fruit. Magnesium sulfate, as a fertilizer, can be directly used as a base fertilizer, topdressing, and foliar fertilizer. It can be applied separately or mixed as a component. It can be applied in traditional agriculture, as well as high value-added precision agriculture, flowers, and soilless cultivation. When used as base fertilizer and topdressing, it can be mixed with nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium fertilizer, and farm manure to achieve good results.
As a feed additive, magnesium sulfate monohydrate feed additive is generally 0.04% -0.06% of the total feed, and the magnesium content in the feed itself is basically met. For the feed, it needs to be relatively high, usually around 0.2% of the total feed. In addition to the magnesium content in the feed itself, magnesium containing feed additives need to be added. When using magnesium containing feed additives in production, it is necessary to mix them evenly to prevent magnesium poisoning in animals
