A water treatment customer needed PAC for an industrial wastewater application but did not want to place a large order before testing the product.
The customer provided basic information about the treatment process and explained the main concerns with the existing product.
Instead of going directly to a bulk shipment, we arranged a sample for preliminary testing. The customer evaluated the PAC under its own treatment conditions and compared the results with the material already in use.
After the trial, the customer confirmed the required PAC specification and packaging.
The first bulk order was then arranged based on the test results.
For water treatment chemicals, laboratory or on-site testing can be useful because the same product may perform differently under different water conditions.
